The men's side of the club fields 8 teams, ranging from East Premier A to East 8SW

Training:

Higher teams (Men’s 1's, 2's and 3's)

Tuesday 20:25 - 21:50 pm
Thursday 20:00 - 21:50 pm (first 30 mins in clubhouse)
Lower teams (4's, 5's, 6's,)
Wednesday 20:25 - 21.50 pm
U16B + U14B 19:00- 20:25 Thursdays before matches

Ladies' Hockey

The ladies' side of the club fields 6 teams, ranging from East Division 1 to East Division 7SW

Training:

· Performance training by invitation Monday 19:00 – 20:30

· Ladies 4’s, 5’s 6’s Tuesday 19:00 - 20:25

· Ladies 1's, 2's 3’s Wednesdays 19:00 - 20:25

U16G Thursdays 19:00 -20:25 before matches
